ESL CLOUD SERVER
The Retail Industry is constantly changing, with recent years seeing the emergence of Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL). Bricor, being a industry leader in the POS space, has partnered with an innovative cloud software company to bring a unique ESL system to the Australian market.
Say goodbye to paper tickets and manual labour. This new plug-and play solution provides a centralised management system, delivering instant updates and price/data accuracy.
There are three components to Bricor’s ESL System
* Cloud Server/ESL Dashboard - A public/private cloud that stores product information.
* ESL - An Electronic Shelf Label that automatically updates the price and information of goods on the shelf.
* Access Point (AP) - A device that communicates information between the ESL and the Cloud Server.
Electronic Shelf Labels (ESLs) offer a variety of screen color options. For more information, please refer to the model type located on the back of the ESL or the product description on the invoice.
ESL models come equipped with various functions and features, including NFC capability, LED flashing, and page switching, among others. To utilise these functions, a PC, PDA, tablet, or Android smartphone is required.

The ESL Dashboard provides a range of features aimed at optimising product pricing and inventory management. Notable features include Multiple Store Management, Template Design, and Device Management. Access to the ESL Dashboard is protected by a unique password. For detailed instructions on how to log in, please refer to step below.
Note: Stores with a large square meterage or more than 5000 SKU will require multiple Access Points to ensure optimum coverage.
Scan the barcode to download the ESL APP (for Android).
Select the appropriate Cloud Server. For Australian based accounts please select the Hong Kong Server. Press Save and Return
Enter the log in credentials provided by Bricor. Press Sign In to access the ESL Operating System.
To Bind Store Products to the ESL select Bind Item.
Select Input ESL Barcode by tapping on the field marked.
Manually Input Barcode, Scan the ESL Barcode or place the phone over the front of the ESL to activate the NFC Function. This will input the ESL Barcode into the required field
Select Item Barcode by tapping on the field marked.
Scan or manually input the Item Barcode to populate the relevant field. This will input the ESL Barcode
Select Start Binding to initiate the binding process. This can take up to a few minutes
To Activate the NFC Flash Function select NFC Flash.
Select the LED colour. Place the phone over the front of the ESL to activate the NFC Function. This will initiate the LED Flash.
To remove flash. Select the End Flash option and use NFC function (place the phone in front of the flashing ESL) to disable.
