Project Overview

The Catering Project is a large hospitality group, working with some of Australia’s most prestigious corporations. To elevate their service the business has sought to implement ESL into two hospitality sites at the University of New South Wales.

Prior to the implementation of Electronic Shelf Labels (ESLs), some key challenges included the frequent need for menu updates and the associated labelling process. Additionally, there were significant health and liability concerns regarding the accurate communication of dietary and allergen information to customers.
